1. SCALE & COLOR SELECTION
* Dimensions: Custom sizing is available up to 72" x 96".
* Color Palette: The client/designer must provide physical fabric swatches, paint codes
(Benjamin Moore/Sherwin Williams), or a digital mood board before work begins.
* Reference Pieces: The designer must specify 1–2 pieces from my past portfolio
to serve as the stylistic foundation (e.g., focusing on the "swoop-splash"
fluid style vs. heavy structural texturing).
2. INVESTMENTS & PAYMENT TERMS
* Minimum Commission Value: $2,500.00 MSRP.
* Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book studio time
and purchase custom-sized canvases.
* Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval of the
artwork, prior to shipping, delivery, or framing.
3. TIMELINE & PRODUCTION
* Standard Lead Time: 6 to 8 weeks from the date the retainer is received.
* Rush Orders: Expedited requests (4 weeks) incur a 15% rush fee and depend
entirely on current studio capacity.
4. THE APPROVAL & REVISION INTERVAL
To protect the integrity of the creative process while meeting your client's
expectations, revisions are limited to a strict schedule:
* Mid-Point Review: I will send 2-3 high-resolution progress photos when the
under-layering and primary composition are established and visible.
* Final Review: I will send a final high-resolution photo and a short 4K video
of the dry painting under gallery-neutral lighting.
* Included Revisions: The trade pricing includes one (1) round of minor color or
compositional adjustments at the Final Review stage.
* Major Changes: Requests for structural re-works or complete palette overhauls
outside the original agreement will be billed at an additional studio rate
of $150.00/hour.
5. FRAMING, LOCAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING
* Framing: Stretched canvas float framing (Walnut, Maple, Matte Black, White) is
available upon request and billed separately at net cost.
* Local Delivery: Complimentary white-glove delivery within the Metro Detroit/Oakland County area.
* National Transit: Out-of-state shipments are professionally packaged, insured,
and shipped via freight at the client's expense.
